🌺 It’s undisputed, people over 65 are at risk of experiencing a fall. 🌻 Falling can potentially lead to serious damage, like a hip fracture or head injury, and can significantly lower your quality of life. 🥰 Things you can do to help reduce the risk of falling include removing trip hazards in your home, installing handrails, and wearing sensible footwear. 👏 Strength training, and practicing how to fall, is important too. While nothing will guarantee that you won’t fall, you’ll have a better chance of not injuring yourself, if you practice falling safely. 👍 Never underestimate the power of muscle memory NOTE: Practice on a soft surface, such as your bed or a thick mat.
