We are so excited to celebrate our 8th graders at the Promotion Ceremony on Thursday, May 28, 2026! π To ensure a smooth and joyful event for everyone, please review these important details:
ποΈ TICKETS
Each student receives 2 tickets (required for cafeteria entry for ages 4+).
Tickets are non-transferable between students, and lost/stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
π PARKING & ARRIVAL
Parking on the field opens at 7:30 AM.
For safety, please relax in your vehicles until the cafeteria side doors open at 8:05 AM.
πͺ SEATING
Yellow taped seats are reserved for our 8th graders!
Limited seating behind the students is reserved for our kupuna and elderly guests (tickets required). Areas beyond the tables are standing room only.
π DURING THE CEREMONY
Please, no loud noisemakers, fireworks, or inappropriate items.
Important: Students may NOT wear leis from home during the ceremony.
Family out of town? Weβll post a livestream link on our school website! π»
πΊ AFTER THE CEREMONY
Students will pick up their certificates from their AA teacher.
Meet your graduates on the basketball courts! 8th graders can give and receive leis until 10:00 AM, at which point guests will be asked to exit the campus.
Taking your student home to celebrate? Parents/guardians MUST sign them out with their AA teacher. Students cannot return to campus once they leave. (Standard school dismissal is at 1:10 PM).

Aloha Parents! We want to share a quick update to help you prepare for the upcoming school year.
Starting next year, report cards for Quarters 1β3 will no longer be printed. Instead, they will be available electronically through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. π»β¨

Get Connected: If you donβt have an Infinite Campus account yet, please make sure to sign up! It is the best way to keep up with assignments, grades, attendance, and important updates all year long.

π¬ End of Year: Donβt worry, your childβs final report card will still be printed and mailed home so you have a physical record of the year.
