Open level gentle flow yoga class with options for more advanced practitioners. We meet at the Queen Kapiolani Statue in front of the band stand most of times at 11:30am on Sundays. Free parking in lot off Monsarrat. Bring a beach towel or yoga mat and some water. Please contact me through this group or message me through the Face Book for more details!
