Mahalo to the Hawai‘i Ag & Culinary Alliance for its continued support of culinary education across our islands. 🌺

We are deeply grateful to be among the recipients of funding from the 15th Annual Hawai‘i Food & Wine Festival.

This investment helps empower the next generation of Hawai‘i’s culinary professionals while strengthening the connection between education, agriculture and our local communities.

Since 2011, HACA has invested more than $5.3 million back into Hawai‘i through culinary education, agriculture and nonprofit partnerships. Mahalo for your commitment to cultivating Hawai‘i’s future.

When talented chefs come together, the result is more than just what’s on the plate. It’s collaboration, inspiration, and a shared commitment to pushing the boundaries of culinary excellence. 🤝🍽️

For Chef Miriam Olivas, owner of Barrio Cafe, one of the most rewarding aspects of the CIA x CIP Workforce Development Program was the opportunity to learn alongside and connect with fellow chefs from diverse culinary backgrounds, while also sharing her talents and experiences. ✨
