Notice of Dissolution of Japan-America Institute of Management Science: JAIMS

JAIMS, a non-profit corporation founded by Fujitsu Limited in 1972 to provide postgraduate level education in Hawaii, has started to wind down its business operations as of July 2024.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for your generous support, encouragement, and cooperation with our educational activities over the years.

*Please note that the facility is currently being used by another organization (pre-school), and no visitors are permitted to access the property at this time. We are grateful for your understanding and cooperation.

1972年1月に米国ハワイ州に設立・運営してまいりました「非営利教育法人JAIMS」ですが、2024年7月時点で清算手続きに入りました。

これまで活動してこられましたのも、ひとえに皆様の温かいご支援・ご協力の賜物と心より感謝申し上げます。長きに渡りご厚情を賜りましたことに心より感謝申し上げます。

なお、施設は別の組織（幼稚園）が利用しており、関係者以外は立ち入りできませんので予めご了承のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

On November 18, 2022, we were able to successfully hold the 50th anniversary event. Thank you to everyone who participated in person and online. In addition, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the local community in Hawaii for their generous support and encouragement since 1972.
　　　　　
Through our educational and community activities, we develop "people" who can take an important role in innovation. And by connecting the people with technology and ideas, we hope to build new possibilities and to create a sustainable world where everyone can realize their dreams.

Creative Arts class started! Kids love art, but this class is not about teaching them how to draw. In this hands-on session, students will learn how to use creative arts to engage their minds, bodies, and senses, and to spark creativity and imagination. We will be sharing their amazing work starting this week!

We are very pleased that the “Asia-Pacific Problem Solving Program”, a collaboration program with Kobe University in Japan, has finally resumed this week after a long period of time. This is also the first time in two and a half years that we have offered in-person classes to students from overseas!
