I apologize in advance to all those not pictured and left beforehand because I am bad at planning group pictures. Just some glances at the last day of training of 2025. I could not be more proud of the positive and collaborative environment that all of our members strive create in the green training room. My heart is full and this community would not be possible without all of you. Thank you for this amazing year and to many more, starting with 2026!

Part 2 Of last weekend’s busy competition weekend, the kids stepped into the spotlight event!
Win or loss, everyone put on good performances and displayed good sportsmanship. We never push it on people but will always encourage it, competition is just one way we can learn some hard lessons the easy way. Very proud of everyone stepping out of their comfort zone 👍🏼👊🏻

Sometimes the training favors more of the mental and technical aspects and other times is more physical. This all depends on the purpose, where the coach needs to plan well the goal of the training. Everything is deliberate, not giving anything up to chance or luck.
