On November 8, 2022, IMIG students had the opportunity to hear from one of the patient speakers from the Amyloidosis Speakers Bureau who shared their personal journey with amyloidosis — from symptoms, through diagnosis, treatment, and life today battling a rare and incurable disease.

Each physician was well spoken and the evident enthusiasm made every Internal Medicine subspecialty seem awesome! 😎 In some ways, you make it hard for us to choose 🤔 But we always know we can ask you all for advice, so thank you! 😊

IMIG Subspecialty Mixer from last night where we had representations from primary care, hospital medicine, critical care, GI, endocrinology, heme/onc, ID, rheumatology, and sports medicine.
