Happy New Year Fight School Fans!...It is with a heavy heart this status update is brought to you all...2013 is a brand new year and the Fight School will be temporarily closing its doors to re-evaluate some things...The silver lining here is that we will be joining forces with HMC to keep the training going...Please send a message if you have any questions...Love and Aloha to all!

Attention Fight Team Members! The team practices are being shuffled around to accommodate Coach Crippler's fight-time schedule...For the duration of his Camp leading up to his departure for the UFC event, team practices will be at 6:30pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays...Wednesday and Thursday Team practices will remain unchanged at 3:30pm...WAR LEBEN!!

UPDATE: Our fighters did extremely well this past weekend at the Warpath to Mayhem show in Kauai...Jeff Nojo wins his debut at 130lbs with a 1st Round finish by RNC...Brady Spiridigliozzi lost a very tough fight but showed a lot of heart...and Hiromine Ito wins by KO in the 3rd Round of what everyone says was THE fight of night! Congrats to all of them! WAR FIGHT SCHOOL!

Fight School Fans Unite! August 18, our Fight Team flies out to Kauai...Brady Spiridigliozzi, Hiromine Ito, and Jeff Nojo will battle it out in the cage at the Kauai Beach Resort...It's a momentous occasion as Hiro will step in with FS colors for the last time as he will be leaving the island, and it will be the fight debut of Jeff Nojo! So there was controversy again here with this fight...first off, let's make it clear that there was a gross mismatch here...we were told that Kaylan's opponent was a "green" fighter with an 0-0 record...clearly that is NOT the case here...second, the guy resorted to grabbing shorts and a groin kick...and third, but most important, the ref stopped timed out the fight at the 2:31 mark...then resumed the fight at the 3:14 mark...my math tells me that there should have been only :29 seconds left in that round, yet Kaylan is tapping at the 3:48 mark, 31 whole seconds later...the round should have ended 2 seconds earlier...You can also clearly hear the 10-second warning clap, but the bell doesn't signal the end of the round until 12 seconds after...YOU be the judge...Comments welcome...
