SAY HELLO to these Avocado Brownies that I’ve made before and will again soon!!

⁣⁣

These brownies are ultra-rich and chocolatey, but that extra punch of healthy fat will give you clean energy and a brain boost.😉⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Ingredients:⁣⁣

nonstick cooking spray⁣⁣

1 medium ripe avocado, mashed⁣⁣

¼ cup coconut oil, melted⁣⁣

1 large egg, lightly beaten⁣⁣

½ cup pure maple syrup⁣⁣

1 tsp pure vanilla extract⁣⁣

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder⁣⁣

½ tsp sea salt⁣⁣

¼ cup gluten-free flour⁣⁣

⅓ cup dark chocolate chips⁣⁣

⁣⁣

Instructions:⁣⁣

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line an 8x8 baking pan with aluminum foil. Lightly coat with spray and set aside.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

2. Combine avocado, oil, egg, maple syrup, and extract in a medium bowl; mix well. Set aside.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

3. Combine the cocoa powder, salt, and flour in a medium bowl; mix well.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

4. Add the cocoa powder mixture to the avocado mixture; mix well. Add chocolate chips; mix until blended.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

5. Pour batter into prepared pan; spread to make even. Bake for 33 to 36 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

6. Cool for an hour before removing from the pan. Cut into sixteen squares.⁣⁣

⁣⁣

This recipe makes 16 YUMMY servings. ⁣⁣

So many women spend years waiting for confidence to magically appear.

Waiting until they lose the weight.
Waiting until life slows down.
Waiting until someone else validates them.
Waiting until they feel “ready.”

But leadership starts long before anyone follows you.

Today’s Wisdom Wednesday hit me hard because leadership isn’t about a title.

It’s a lifestyle.

It’s deciding you’re no longer okay with being “JUST OK.”

It’s becoming addicted to getting the absolute best out of this one precious life you’ve been given.

It’s choosing:

✨ INNOVATION — Do what matters to YOU, even if no one else understands it.

✨ MASTERY — Stop settling for the bare minimum. Part-time effort won’t create full-time results.

✨ AUTHENTICITY — Be unapologetically YOU. Everybody else is already taken.

✨ GUTS — Have the courage to start again, stand out, and move on the ideas that won’t leave your heart alone.

✨ ETHICS — Let your actions match your words. Build trust by living your values.

The truth?

Tomorrow isn’t promised.

How would you show up today if you truly believed that?

What dream would you finally move on?
What idea would you stop talking about and start acting on?
What would change if you stopped waiting for permission and started taking ownership?

I don’t want to live a life where I simply exist.

I want to create impact.
I want to create community.

🔹I still struggle MYSELF with self-love, self-worth, and depression right now. The weight of life and love is very heavy right now on my shoulders, on my mind, and in my heart. ⁣
⁣⁣⁣
🔹But waking up with PASSION to give you the VERY BEST OF ME, to help to change just ONE LIFE each day, to instill into that one other person the SELF LOVE, SELF WORTH, and PASSION that I am PERSONALLY working towards daily too... that’s the WHY that makes me CRY!! ⁣⁣⁣

🔹YOU are my WHY right now! I want to be and do and give and provide and SERVE BETTER ... to help serve you wherever you may need that in your life! ⁣⁣⁣

🔹Am I perfect? Nope! Not even close. And I don’t claim to be, nor ever will be .... but I CAN tell you that I try to find that balance in life, I try to give my very best, and I try to lead by example.... that may even mean that I enjoy a glass or two of wine 🍷 on the weekends too! ⁣⁣⁣
