We are so proud to celebrate the first five graduates of the Kaua‘i Medical Training Track at UH JABSOM: Drs. Kirra Borrello, Jamie Emoto, Erin Evangelista, Brent Fujimoto, and Ivana Yoon! Funded by a $10M gift from Dr. Priscilla Chan and Mark Zuckerberg, this amazing program was designed to combat rural physician shortages by covering full tuition, fees and travel for medical students.
