Fall 2010 - Spring 2011 marks the first year UHM CoE competes in the SAE Supermileage Competition.

With nine members, this team sets out on a journey to design, analyze, build, test, and compete with a high fuel efficient vehicle.

Teardrop shaped vehicle with a body on frame chasis, linkage steering, 18 inch tires, single fixed reduction chain and sprocket drivetrain, centrifugal clutch, 3.5 horsepower Briggs and Stratton engine (modified), complete with roll hoop and carbon epoxy seat.
