Mid-Pacific Alumni

The EdFuture Summit wrapped up today after three days of meaningful conversations about how artificial intelligence is reshaping education, the workplace, and our communities.

Hosted at Mid-Pacific, the summit brought together industry leaders, educators, current students, and alumni to share ideas, explore practical applications of AI, and discuss how students can use emerging technology responsibly while continuing to think critically and engage deeply in their learning.

At the center of the conversation was a shared goal: preparing compassionate, adaptable, and world-ready learners for a future in which AI will be part of everyday life.

The life of legendary athlete, football coach, and champion of Hawaii high school athletics, Donald "Coach Bo" Botelho, will be celebrated at Mid-Pacific's Mills Gymnasium.

Coach Bo led Pac-5 to two Prep Bowl championships in 1982 and 1985, and served as Mid-Pacific's athletic director for 28 years. He was also executive director of the ILH, leaving an enduring legacy of leadership and aloha.

The family welcomes all friends to celebrate a life well lived and loved.

So proud to see our alumni shine! In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, CBS LA recently featured Mid-Pacific alumnus Will Ireton ’07 for his work with the Los Angeles Dodgers organization! ⚾

Currently serving as director of Japanese player operations and strategy, as well as interpreter for Shohei Ohtani, Will plays an integral role in bridging cultures, strengthening communication, and using data to improve player performance within one of Major League Baseball’s premier organizations.

From growing up in Tokyo to his time at Mid-Pacific and now on baseball’s biggest stage, Will’s journey is a powerful example of where confidence, adaptability, and integrity can lead.
