Join us in giving a massive round of applause to three incredible kupuna who just crushed our fitness challenge by completing an inspiring 100 HOURS of exercise! 🎉💪🏽
At the YMCA, our mission is all about nurturing the spirit, mind, and body at every stage of life. Wellness is a lifelong journey, and our health and wellness programs are built to help folks of all ages stay strong, independent, and deeply connected to our community.
These three ultimate rockstars have shown us all what true dedication and resilience look like. They aren't just hitting fitness goals—they are inspiring every single one of us to keep moving and living healthy!
✨ To our Gold Status achievers: Thank you for being the heart and soul of our YMCA family. You prove that age is just a number and that community keeps us young.

As many of you know, our Early Learning Center (preschool) closed its doors at the end of May.
We want to make sure the materials, toys, and educational supplies from that space continue to support learning in our community. If you are in need of any of these items, please connect with any of our staff members to be let into the space and take what you can use.
Mahalo for helping these resources find a second life in service of children and families at YMCA Honolulu.

Yesterday, the stage came alive for our annual ballet recital, and we could not be prouder of everyone who performed. The performing arts take immense dedication, and our dancers’ hard work, grace, and passion shone through in every single routine.
A massive, heartfelt thank you goes out to Liane Sakai for her exceptional teaching, leadership, and dedication to our branch. Thank you for inspiring our dancers every week and helping them reach new heights!
Finally, thank you to all the friends, family, volunteers, and community members who came out to fill the seats and cheer on our performers. Your support means the world to our dancers and our community.
Check out some highlights from yesterday's beautiful showcase! 👇✨
