I have enjoyed many years of teaching at all levels, from toddlers to graduate students, at both public & private schools. I co-founded Unity Preschool, Diamond Head Circle, Honolulu, Hawaii, and was its director for four years. I assisted in the founding of L.Robert Allen Montessori Preschool on the campus of Chaminade University. I have worked for many years with children, their teachers and parents as a facilitating counselor, establishing harmonious communication, and solutions for developmental and behavioral challenges. I have taught parenting classes for schools and in private settings. I have presented workshops & classes in school settings, and worked as a facilitator for faculty counseling regarding miscommunications. I have been the director of Field Services at Chaminade University of Honolulu for seven years. I have been a university associate professor, and a university supervisor for Montessori early childhood settings and elementary classrooms, both public and private.
