AES PTA NEEDS YOU!
🚨 URGENT: Help Save Our PTA 🚨

This isn’t just another volunteer post—our PTA is at a critical point.

To continue into the 2026–2027 school year, every board position must be filled. Without a complete board, our PTA cannot continue, which means many of the programs and events our students, teachers, and families have come to love could disappear.

If you’ve ever thought, “Someone else will do it,” this is the time to be that someone.

You don’t need years of experience. You don’t need to know everything. We have outgoing board members who will help with the transition and answer questions. What we need most are people who care about our school and are willing to step up.

Please consider serving on the board. Even if you’ve never volunteered before, you can make a real difference.

First Day of School August 3rd

If your child was absent on the last day of school, please stop by the front office to pick up their report card and personal belongings. Teachers have placed all left-behind items into disposable bags, which are currently being held in the office for you.

Important Deadlines:

Student Belongings: These must be picked up by next Tuesday, June 16th. Our office is undergoing a scheduled seasonal deep cleaning after this date, and any uncollected personal items will unfortunately be discarded.

Report Cards: If you cannot make it by next Tuesday, report cards will not be discarded. They will remain safely on file in the office and can be picked up at any time.

You may stop by the office from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Please note that we will be closed this Thursday, June 11th, for the King Kamehameha Day State Holiday and Friday, July 3rd, for Independence Day.
