A legacy that continues to inspire. A bright future in the making. ✨⭐️
Congratulations to our graduate recipients of the John Young Award, honoring the enduring impact of John Young and his remarkable contributions to Hawaiʻi’s creative community. For more than six decades, his vibrant work — from expressive coastal landscapes to his iconic prancing horses — brought movement, energy, and heart to the islands’ art scene.
Through the John Young Scholarship Endowment Fund, graduate students pursuing advanced work in the arts are supported as they deepen their craft, expand their research, and shape the cultural landscape of tomorrow.
We are incredibly proud of these dedicated scholars and excited to see how their creativity will leave its own lasting mark. 🌊✨

Honoring legacy. Celebrating talent. 🌺🎨
Congratulations to our undergraduate recipients of the John Young Award — a scholarship inspired by the extraordinary life and work of John Young.
For over 60 years, Young shaped Hawaiʻi’s art world with his dynamic energy and signature prancing horses, leaving a legacy that continues to live on in homes, schools, businesses, and museums across the islands.
The John Young Scholarship Endowment Fund supports students pursuing studies in the arts — empowering the next generation of creatives to carry that spirit forward.
We are so proud of these talented scholars and can’t wait to see the impact they make. 🌊✨

In her powerful new memoir, Like a Wave We Break, Jane shares her journey through family trauma, loss, and healing- and how she discovered that true success comes not from relentless striving, but from learning to lead, love, and live with compassion. 💙
📚 Don’t miss this inspiring conversation with one of the world’s most visionary social entrepreneurs. This Thursday, December 4th, at the AC Hotel 6:00 pm.
