Sending out birthday wishes to these 2!!! Born a few years apart but they share the same radiant personality, love of life, and the ability to light up a room. Thank you Coach Elyse for being our coach, motivator, and source of inspiration. Thank you for the sacrifice and passion that provides our community a space to grow. Here’s the schedule for our annual V-day Mixer partner comp! Workouts are posted in the PushPress app. Doors will open at 8:00am tomorrow (Saturday) and first heat will kickoff at 8:30am.

We dominated January with 22 members in our Committed Club, thanks to leaders like Tasi and Robin! Can February reach 25 members? Stay on track with your 15-class goal by reserving and checking-in to classes.

On, Saturday, February 14, 2026, our annual CrossFit 808 member’s only CO-ED partner (male+female) competition is back!

We have three divisions: RX, Masters (40+), and Scaled (scaled teams can request additional modifications to workouts case by case). Each team will complete 1 workout that consists of 3-4 mini workouts. Workouts will be released on social media soon.

We plan to run heats every hour, starting at 8:30am. If you need help finding a partner, please see any of our awesome coaches!

Here’s the workouts for our in-house Thanksgiving Throwdown on Saturday! First heat will start at 8:30am and run every 45-minutes. If you need a specific heat time, please let us know, after you register your team.

Inaugural 5:00am class was so much fun! They showed up and were all ready to tackle the back squats and conditioning.

Workout of the Day:
A. Strength:
Every 2:30 x 12:30 (5 sets):
For load:
Back squat
5-5-5-5-5
Then…
Post-strength finisher
AMRAP 1:00:
Max reps back squat
– Use 80% of today’s heaviest set for 5 reps
– Bar stays on the athlete’s back for the full minute.
– Athletes should shoot for 10-20 squats with the load they have chosen.

B. Stamina
Every 2:00 for 8 sets:
200/250-meter row or ski

– Modifications: Distance, 400/500-m C2 bike or 200-m run
– Rest with the remaining time.
– Sprint each interval.
– :50-1:10 per 200/250 meters.
– Rest with the remaining time in the 2:00 interval.

You asked, so we listened! We’ve added a 5:00am class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as well as our Wednesday 6:30pm class.

We also have 2 Kupuna class times on Monday and Friday for those 60 years or older. A Keiki class on Saturdays: 4-8 years old at 9:30am and 9-13 years old at 10:15am.
