Free! Everyone welcome! All levels.

😀 Join us this week for some free group training runs. They start at 6 pm.
Tuesday at Ala Moana Beach Park and,
Thursday at the HOKA store 3rd level of the Ala Moana Shopping Center

Tomorrow's 11 mile Long Run starts at Maunalua Bay Beach Park parking lot.
Be ready to run at 6 am!
So, get there 5:45-5:50 to prepare.
Don't forget your hydration and calories, so you can practice drinking and eating at intervals throughout the run.
Remember - practice makes perfect.
If you're training for the 10K or not running the marathon you can always go shorter by cutting out the back loop to Kalama Valley.
Also, remember to bring something for after the run. Change of clothes and food & drink make the drive home better.
There are some restaurants in Koko Marina shopping center such as Jamba Juice.
