Aloha,

I am Coach Cherish, your trauma & empowerment coach.

These were some of the red flags I experienced in my marriage 10 years ago.

Sometimes it’s hard to identify what those flags are because we’re stuck on what we feel about them rather than how they make us feel. Of course there are many other factors involved. But these are just a few.

There’s a difference between self-care and self-love. Both are super important in healing, as well as self-compassion.

Give yourself permission as well to honor yourself through this process, allow yourself some grace, understanding and care that you didn’t get growing up.

You got this!

It’s okay to say, “I’m not okay!”

It’s not the trauma that makes us stronger.

It’s the courage it takes us to confront the consequences of trauma that wasn’t our fault, the process of healing from trauma and not allowing ourselves to stay stuck in the darkness when we’re triggered.

For the person that needs a reminder…

You’re human, honor yourself and give yourself grace through the process!
