Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP)

The 2025 ELDP alumni from Guam met with Governor Lou Leon Guerrero to share their experience in the program and to discuss their plans to continue their public service to give back to the island community.

Congratulations to all twenty-eight new Pacific Islands graduates who successfully completed the Executive Leadership Development Program (ELDP)!!

During graduation, ELDP Class of 2025 speaker, Mr. Pernes Samuel, congratulated his peers, “We’ve faced a lot of challenges these past nine months, and I’m so happy I’m able to be with you to complete this program. I would like to congratulate the ELDP Class of 2025. You made it! We all made it!”
