If you don't have time to spend in a gym or dojo but want proper training in knife self-defense. Train out of the confront of your home on Zoom. I have developed a comprehensive program that teaches you She Wu Knife System in your homes. You can train by yourself or with a partner. When you have developed the proper skill set, 1 will test your knowledge and applications of the movements. There are 3 phases of the training process. White belt, Brown belt, and Black belt. As a former guard of 22 years of experience, I have come across some of the most disrespectful people, and learned to deal with them. Although I have never been attacked, my father who was 70 years of age was struck in the head twice by the same man. He did not retaliate as guards cannot strike back. But, I believe that a guard can defend themselves by blocking, holding, and escaping from their attackers. These are the things we will focus on in the Security guard self-defense class, or S.G.S. program. This program was designed specifically for security guards.
Muscle memory training is the key to reflexively reacting to a specific stimulus. This means that the body will recognize an attack and respond without thinking. This happens with continual training. There are no forms to remember or belts to attain, just practical training. You don't need years of training either.
The class is specifically for security guards.
The cost of the program is $80 for a two hour class. If the guard wants to continue it will be $80 a month. The classes are meant to be fun and informative.
