The Senate could vote on the Protect College Sports Act this week, and it’s the only bipartisan bill that delivers real, lasting stability for student-athletes.

Here’s what it actually protects:
🩺 Health & safety: 5 years of post-eligibility healthcare, plus catastrophic injury coverage
📚 Academics- 10-year degree completion assistance and scholarship guarantees
📝 NIL rights- guarantees your right to NIL deals and caps predatory agent fees at 5%
🏅 Women’s & Olympic sports- codifies Division I sport minimums so these programs are protected long-term
✋ Common-sense rules- a five-year eligibility standard, reasonable transfer limits, and one nationwide rule instead of a patchwork of state laws

Membership voices, especially current and former student-athletes, have real power to move Congress.
