🎶FLUTE AND MUSIC

One thing I absolutely love is playing the flute. There’s something special for me about letting my breath flow through the instrument, turning air into the vibration of my flute. It’s a practice that grounds me, connects me to the present moment, and allows me to express emotions that words can’t always capture.

✨ Whether I’m playing for myself, for nature, or for others, the flute reminds me of the beauty of harmony call in the spirit of the nature within and without. Music is energy, vibration, and a bridge to the soul.

Not sure how I ended up doing this asana which I didn’t learn this from Ashtanga which it is part of one of the sequence that I never accomplished 😅

🕉️ As of the benefits of this asana:
Tones and balances the functioning of the liver, stomach, bowels and other abdominal organs, and stimulates the appetite.

It tightens the muscles of the buttocks and causes the body to do vajroli mudra spontaneously.
Many of the benefits of inverted asanas also apply.

🌋 Kīlauea the heart of creation and transformation

🌺Hawaii is more than my home, it’s a living, breathing force of nature, a sacred space where fire meets earth, destruction births creation, and energy flows like with it’s beautiful lava.

🌺This spindly native plant is extremely versastile and widespread throughout the park. Its leaves can vary but are mostly small, narrow, and come to a sharp point. Like ʻōhelo, pūkiawe carries white or pink berries that are a popular food for the nēnē, which disperse the plant’s seeds through s**t. However, unlike ʻōhelo, the berries are not edible for humans.
