Naval Services FamiyLine's COMPASS Program is presented by trained volunteer spouses over three 4-ho COMPASS focuses on spouses new to the Navy.
COMPASS is a standardized Team-Mentoring program developed by spouses for spouses. However, ALL Navy spouses are welcome. COMPASS improves the quality of life through education, enabling spouses to understand, experience, and meet the challenges of the Navy lifestyle. With this knowledge and realistic expectations, their journeys can be successful and rewarding.

Our graduates wrapped up their three day course armed with tools and information to make this a little easier. We laughed, we learned, we lunched 🤤.
Everyone walked away with contact information of people who GET it and are able to both and with the ups and downs of this .
