Hawaii Palms Kids Program

DAILY ACTIVITIES:

Our activities are an important part of our Kids Program, where students get to practice their English outside of class, explore parts of Hawaii, and make memories while bonding and interacting in English.

LUNCH:

We provide students with lunch every day they are registered in our Kids Program. When preparing lunch, we take allergies into account (please let us know if your child has ANY allergies) and we do our best to make sure the food is nutricious and plentiful. We make sure EVERY child gets served lunch. We understand that kids are sometimes picky eaters and may not like the food served on any given day, so we try to mix up the menu to offer some variety.

TRANSPORTATION:

Depending on where we are going, we either head to our activities on foot or by bus.

CLASSROOM LESSON:

Our days at Hawaii Palms begin with a classroom lesson, where we divide students into groups according to age and English level.

The content of the lesson is always based on the day's activity and we go over and practice the language that students will use throughout the day. Students work on reading and writing, but the focus of our lessons is always on speaking and listening.

We welcome students of all English levels to join our program.

KIDS PROGRAM: 9:30AM - 3:30PM

Most days start with a classroom lesson where students are divided into groups based on age and English level. The content of our lessons are based on the day's activity.

In the afternoon, students enjoy the day's activity, which is an important part of our day-long lesson. Students practice English, explore Hawaii, and make memories while interacting in English.
