🥤✨ We were soda-lighted to treat our wonderful SCA teachers to a soda bar today!

These are the moments that make supporting the HHISCA PTO so special. Every fundraiser we do helps make little surprises like this possible—and gives us a way to show our teachers just how much we appreciate everything they do for our kids.

So, thank you to everyone who has supported HHISCA PTO by purchasing spirit wear, yearbooks, restaurant discount cards or magnets; participating in our dine-out nights; donating to Read-a-Thon and Glow Run; or supporting any of our other fundraising efforts.

Your support truly makes a difference—not just for our school, but for the amazing teachers who make SCA such a special place. 💕

Does your 3rd – 5th grade student love to act? In Dessert Theatre, students will work on monologues and improv scenes, culminating in an interactive performance where the audience enjoys sweet treats and even sweeter performances.

iReady testing starts on Tuesday and Calypso wanted to remind you of our tips we learned today to “meet or beat” our scores! Get a good night’s sleep, eat a good and healthy breakfast, read over each question carefully, and remember on Thursday and Friday to use your scratch paper! We got this, SCA! 🤩

We can't wait to welcome everyone back for Meet the Teacher this Thursday!

Be sure to stop by the PTO table while you're there. We'll have spirit wear ($15 short sleeve, $20 long sleeve) and school gear available for purchase, information about becoming a PTO member, and we'll be collecting donations to help Stock the Teacher Lounge for the first day of school.

This year, we're also hoping to grow our PTO family. Whether you have a few hours a month or just want to lend a hand at an event, there's a place for you. Parent involvement makes a real difference—not only by supporting our incredible teachers, but by helping create memorable experiences, enriching programs, and opportunities that benefit every student in our school.

If you've ever thought about getting involved, we'd love to meet you! Stop by, say hello, ask questions, and see what we're all about.

We look forward to seeing all of our families on Thursday and kicking off another amazing school year together!

¡Estamos ansiosos por darles la bienvenida a todos a la Reunión con los Maestros este jueves!

No olviden pasar por el stand de la Asociación de Padres y Maestros (PTO). Tendremos ropa con el logo de la escuela ($15 manga corta, $20 manga larga) y artículos escolares a la venta, información sobre cómo hacerse miembro de la PTO y estaremos recolectando donaciones para equipar la sala de profesores para el primer día de clases.

Este año, también esperamos ampliar nuestra familia de la PTO. Ya sea que tengan unas pocas horas al mes o simplemente quieran ayudar en un evento, hay un lugar para ustedes. La participación de los padres marca una verdadera diferencia, no solo apoyando a nuestros increíbles maestros, sino también ayudando a crear experiencias memorables, programas enriquecedores y oportunidades que benefician a todos los estudiantes de nuestra escuela.
