From the halls of Prep to the skies above Florida, Finnian Rooney ‘26 is taking on an exciting next chapter at Florida Tech, where he is studying Aeronautical Science while working toward earning a commercial pilot license.

It’s an impressive path that combines rigorous academics with hands-on flight training, preparing Finnian for a future career in aviation and quite literally taking learning to new heights.

We’re incredibly proud to have him representing Prep at Florida Tech and can’t wait to see where this journey takes him.

The sky is just the beginning, Finnian! ✈️🐬

Congratulations Jillian Thurston!

Congratulations to Jillian Thurston, C’26, and Emma Steadman, C’26, who have been selected for Fulbright U.S. Student Program awards for 2026–27. Steadman (right) will serve as an English teaching assistant in Bulgaria, and Thurston was awarded a placement in South Korea.
