The container is changing so the work can hold more. Longer work lives on the Black Swan website as concept nodes, field papers, and deeper structure. A quick note on why this page is changing.

Black Swan Group started in a way that will make sense to the people who have been here a long time: HazMat, CBRNE, first response, training, field problem-solving, and an informal community of practice with peers who actually do the work.

That part was real, and it still matters.

What changed is the amount and type of work now moving through Black Swan. There is more writing, more doctrine, more research, more cross-domain pattern recognition, and a larger body of material than this page can hold cleanly by itself.

So the structure is changing.

Facebook will remain a probe layer: short field signals, shorter commentary, and selective bridges to deeper work.

The website is becoming the library: concept nodes, field papers, deeper structure, and the longer trail for people who want the full argument.

Same roots.
Different container.
Better alignment.

Black Swan Group is not a consulting funnel.

This page is the Facebook outpost for field signals, doctrine notes, and links into the larger Black Swan library.

The longer work now lives on the website as concept nodes, field papers, and deeper structure. Facebook will stay useful, but it will serve a different role: shorter signals, sharper notes, and selective bridges into the deeper work.

If you have followed this page from its earlier hazmat/CBRNE/first-responder roots, that signal is still here. I am not abandoning it. I am building a better structure to hold it.

The same field-grounded logic remains:
name the pattern,
test the idea,
keep what survives contact with reality,
and discard what does not.
