Had a small ceremony this afternoon...we raised our old mainsail for the LAST time! Sad? No way!! We picked up our new main & mizzen booms from Selden in Charleston yesterday. You can see the main new boom laying on the deck. Quite a trip hauling a 16+foot boom in our pickup bed. Our rigger is scheduled to come in about 10 days to begin the install of the booms with custom built goosenecks & begin the running rigging replacement & make final measurements for the new sails. This has been something we've been working toward for almost 2 years. We are beyond excited!!
