Our program is designed to foster a love for the game while focusing on fundamental skills such as serving, passing, hitting, setting, digging, blocking, and reading the play. We believe in nurturing not only physical abilities but also in instilling mental performance strategies, and preparing young athletes for challenging moments on the court.

Garret Talarczyk with Hilton Head Island High School Volleyball. 19 years of coaching experience with the Hilton Head Island High school. In that time frame, 2 State Championships, 5 Lower State Championships, and 12 Region Championships.

🏐 Hello Hilton Head Island and Bluffton families! As a lifelong player and high school coach of 19 years, I’m offering volleyball private lessons tailored for your aspiring athletes. As the Head Varsity Coach at Hilton Head Island High School, I've secured 2 state titles, 5 lower state championships, and 13 regional championships. It's been my privilege to guide numerous players to all-state honors and set them on the path to college-bound success.

Let's take advantage of the outdoors with our portable net! Your lessons will be personalized to address specific skills, including serving, serve receive, hitting, setting, blocking, and individual defense. My coaching philosophy places a strong emphasis on cultivating proper technique and incorporating high-repetition drills to establish a robust foundation for your child's volleyball journey.

1 player: $60/hour — package (5 hours) $275
2 players: $80/hour – package (5 hours) $360
3 players: $90/hour – package (5 hours) $405
4 or more players: $100/hour – package (5 hours) $450

Every year, we come together as a team to make a positive impact on our community. Last year, we rallied behind the “Phight for Phin” fundraiser to raise both funds and awareness for those battling leukemia, and we did an outstanding job. This year, we're turning our focus to one of our own, someone who has given his heart and soul to our team – Coach Monmonier.

A few months ago, Coach Monmonier received the daunting news of a squamous cell carcinoma diagnosis. It's a battle that no one should face alone, and Coach Monmonier has been fighting with incredible courage and resilience. He recently underwent surgery and is now on the road to recovery.
