Our kindergarten students welcomed their families into the school to show off all of their amazing artwork from the school year. Students made renditions of their favorite book characters, a garden with flower stems that matches their height, self portraits and so much more.

Today our kindergarten students celebrated the end of their first year of school by presenting the Tiny Seed. This delightful program included lots of singing, dancing, and giggles.

Yesterday, our 3rd and 4th grade students shared with the school community their Signature Experience final products. Third grade scholars were able to share information about what makes each scholar unique. The 4th grade scholars discussed their community service project, a Little Food Pantry.

Our incredible fourth graders just launched a brand-new Little Free Pantry right outside our school! As part of their 4th grade sign experience these amazing students designed, painted, and stocked it themselves.

​The pantry runs on a simple rule: Take what you need, give what you can.

Kindergarten scholars have been busy putting the final touches on their art pieces in preparation for this week's art show.

The best way to start the countdown to summer? With a good book (or two)! 🌊📖

​Today was all about empowering our scholars to choose their own literary adventures. Every student selected 2 books to add to their home libraries and fuel their summer reading goals.

Our kindergarten classes turned Buckroe Beach into their very own outdoor science lab! They practiced teamwork building in the sand, observed local coastal nature, and enjoyed a beautiful day in the community.

Our kindergarteners had an amazing field trip to the Willow Oaks Public Library. From storytime to discovering new favorite books, it was a day filled with wonder and learning.

Our kindergarten and first-grade students had a very special surprise visit this week! The PBS Literacy Van rolled up to school, bringing a wave of excitement, smiles, and a love for reading. 🚍❤️

​Our youngest learners got to explore awesome stories, interact with fun literacy activities, and see that reading really is a superpower. A huge thank you to for bringing this incredible experience directly to our students!

Congratulations to our support employee of the year, Mrs. McNeely! She was recognized at yesterday's School Board meeting. Peake is great place to grow and learn because of Mrs. McNeely.
