A Veteran Service Organization (501c4) subsidiary founded by Sharon Schlerf & Michael Newcomb, 2022, (LBI-BI Foundation 2008). Our mission is Peer Workforce Career Development, & Peer Support/Recovery Services in behavioral health, recovery, and community services support, sharing our journey with others who struggle.

Peer Career training: Courage to Change (Whole Health Management 40 hours), ReBOOT (Substance Use Disorder Recovery 40 hours), Reveille; One More Day (Suicide Prevention and Crisis Intervention 40 hours). We are US Department of Health & Human Services, SAMHSA Partners, US Department of Veterans Affairs Faith-Based & Community Partners, US Department of Defense SkillBridge Internship Partners.

Our primary training site is Hampton Workforce Veteran Employment Center, 600 Thimble Shoals Rd, Newport News VA. We provide virtual training classes nationwide.
