Here at Fit For A Purpose, LLC. we believe that total health and wellness includes spiritual, mental, emotional and physical health. We believe the primary focus should be on the spiritual health and wellness. Losing physical weight is great; however, the condition of your spirit is vital to achieving total health and wellness.
