🌿🔎 Science comes to life when you explore nature!🔎🌿

Ms. McCoy & Ms. Huffman's Kindergarten classes headed outside for a Nature Walk to explore, observe, & collect objects! 🍂🌱

Next our little scientists described colors, shapes, sizes, textures, and more about the objects they found! They were curious, engaged, and excited to discover science in the world around them! 💚🌎✨

🧹✨ Happy National Custodian Day! ✨🧹

Today, we celebrated the amazing custodians who work hard every day to keep our school clean, safe, and welcoming for our students and staff! 🏫❤️

Our students showed their appreciation by making special cards and coloring pictures just for them. 🎨💌 Our Climate and Culture Commitee also treated our wonderful custodial team to a Chick-fil-A lunch! 🐔🍗🥤

Thank you for all that you do, day in and day out. Your hard work, dedication, and care make such a difference in our school family! 💙👏

We appreciate you more than you know! 🧹❤️🌟

🍂🎉 Parents’ Night Out was a HUGE success! 🎉🍂

Our Panthers had an evening packed with fun, laughter, creativity, and friendship! 🐾❤️ From decorating pumpkins 🎃 and enjoying delicious pizza 🍕 to playing gym games 🤸‍♀️, visiting candy stations 🍭, and painting kindness rocks 🪨❤️, there was something for everyone!

We’re especially proud that our students turned their creativity into kindness, creating rocks to support a local hospice organization. 💕🌟

Thank you to everyone who helped make this special night possible!

🐝💛 A Special Visit to the Eastside Beehive! 💛🐝

Today, Ms. Gipson’s Pre-K Class—the “Eastside Beehive” 🐝—was excited to welcome Ms. Southern Virginia, Ms. Nia Murdock! 👑✨

Ms. Murdock proudly sponsored Ms. Gipson’s class and made a generous donation of school supplies and cleaning supplies 📝🧽🫧 that our Bumblebees can use throughout the school year! 📚🍎

After the presentation, our Bumblebees enjoyed a mini Q&A session with Ms. Murdock. 🎤💬 They were SO excited to interact, ask questions, and share some conversation with our special guest! 🐝💛

Thank you, Ms. Murdock, for supporting our students and the Eastside Beehive! 🍯🐝 We appreciate your kindness and generosity! 💛
