Ms. Hines is hosting Bug Week in the library! In this inquiry-based lesson, PreK-1, along with some 5th-grade students, examined four "bugs" in cages, practiced taking notes on their antennae, legs, and body segments. Then they found out which were actually insects (a blue death-feigning beetle) and which were something else (an isopod, a mollusk, and an arachnid).
