If you signed up for a donation slot for the Dance or Field Day, we will be collecting items during morning drop-off today and tomorrow.

If you did not sign up but would still like to contribute, we are gratefully accepting donations of:

Donations may be dropped off during afternoon pick-up or delivered to the school no later than Friday at 2:00 PM.

Due to SOL Testing today and scheduling conflicts we are canceling tonight’s dance meeting . Our next meeting will be May 28th from 4:15-6:30pm.

Our 8th Grade Dance is quickly approaching, and we have volunteer opportunities available for setup, take-down, and chaperoning.

We would love your support in helping make this a safe, memorable, and magical evening for our students.

Important Volunteer Requirement

Please remember that all volunteers must complete the district background screening process in order to participate.

All screenings are processed directly through the district.

Please note: You will not be permitted to volunteer without district clearance.

Volunteer Dress Code (Non-Staff Volunteers)
To ensure safety, professionalism, and easy identification, all non-staff volunteers are asked to wear:

• Top: Plain white blouse, polo, or smart-casual white top
• Bottom: Black slacks, black jeans (no rips), or a modest black skirt
• Shoes: Closed-toe shoes required
• Identification: Volunteer name tags will be provided

This simple dress code helps create a polished, unified appearance and ensures volunteers are easily identifiable throughout the event.
