Today, our 5th Grade Falcons took flight.

We are so proud of each of our students and their perseverance and focus throughout this year and their entire career at Phillips!

A very special thank you to our former Assistant Principal, now the director of Moton Early Childhood Center, for her beautiful and inspiring speech as our very special guest this morning!

Our 5th-grade teachers, Ms. Carr, Ms. Dandridge, and Ms. Gomez, prepared the stage for these beautiful moments and have paved the way for our Falcons to successfully move on to middle school with HCS! Ms. Parker, Ms. Redding, and Ms. Garcia presented Music, SCA, and Physical Ed awards in addition to the incredible academic achievement recognitions, including the Presidential Awards.

Select 5th graders shared their musical talents on recorder and voice, and combined their voices for their final selection! Congratulations and kudos to all!

Shout out to Principal Kelly. This was his first promotion ceremony as an HCS principal!

Another shout-out to our Phillips Elementary School PTA for supporting our 5th-grade Falcons with a delicious post-ceremony treat!

And last, but not least, Phillips Families, thank you for entrusting our teachers and staff with your precious human. And thank you for being an awesome and encouraging audience throughout the year and during this morning's ceremony.

Due to limited interest in our concession pre-order bundles, the Phillips PTA will not be selling concessions during the talent show.

If you placed a pre-order, your refund has already been initiated and should be received within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

All Phillips’ Got Talent performers will receive complimentary snack packs courtesy of the Phillips PTA!

Kindergarten Falcon Butterfly Release on a beautiful Friday morning. One of the most popular units for our Kinder students is the Butterfly life cycle. From creating the cycle itself, to books, to crafts, to educational video shorts, and endless fun for our teachers who are creating lifelong learners through these hands-on science units!

Fly, sweet butterflies, tell your friends about us! We will work on the milkweed for you for next year!
