The Hampton University Student Film Organization is proud to announce that Hampton’s very own Blake Bynum and L.M. Davis will join us on April 20th and April 22nd at this year's Student Film Festival. Please come out and support our guests as they share their journeys of producing their projects.
L.M. Davis is a creative storyteller passionate about fictional and historical dramas. She has published and written several books and projects for film and television. Davis received her bachelor's degree from Hampton University and has obtained several others in English; she will share her award-winning piece “Fevered Dreams.”
Blake Bynum is a self-sufficient filmmaker with love for comedy and cinema. A DMV native, Bynum's art form derives from his cultural beginnings. Bynums has countless award-winning comedic short films that strongly appeal to audiences. His producing and loyal business partner Josh Vincent has been integral to every film he has produced. The two met in 2018 during their first year at Hampton University and were fortunate enough to carry that momentum in their careers ever since. We will be screen “The Zeke Sanders Story” and receiving a film crash course from this notable hampton alum!
