🚧🚨🔨 NOTICE 🪚🚨🚧

Hey fam the construction on the first bay door is set to start Monday October 5th and is looking at lasting a couple days. That being said we have made the decision to close Monday - Wednesday Oct 5th - Oct 7th. This will allow us to finish getting rid of the stage area also. 2 birds one stone type deal.

Please bare with us as we incorporate these awesome new upgrade's to the facility. Thank you!

Tick tock, tick tock.. Slowly but surely and def done right. She's coming along. The base of the stage has been removed and next is to remove the duct work and insert the back wall to fit the returns. The equipment has started being rearranged for the bay doors to be installed starting on Oct 5. Then drywall, paint etc.

We appreciate all the fellas that are always stepping in to lend a hand when they can. It def brings us all closer together knowing we've all put the work in to make this place not only what it is now but also what it's gunna become. 👊🏼

This place to some of us isn't just a place to do martial arts or learn self defenses. Some of us would happily spend all day here if we could just because.

The people are amazing and the energy is contagious!
