Just wanted to let everyone know we will be CANCELLING the event. We did not receive enough ticket sells.
For those to paid, please send Yajaira Chavez your contact info so I can refund your ticket via Venmo or Quickpay.
I know a group of us still want to meet up and have a few drinks that weekend so if you would like to join let Yajaira or Dashi know.

As mentioned in the last post. Aug 15 would be the deadline for tickets. So far we've only had 6 tix sales. We need about 50 to keep our private space if we don't reach these numbers, we will need to cancel. Hope you all can understand as there was a deposit already posted and would not like to lose it.

Mark your calendars!! Base off the survey and space availability it looks like September 2nd will be the date. It's also Labor Day weekend so it's a perfect weekend for others who don't live in town to come in. Ticket sales will be posted soon.

Hello all.
I know everyone is super antsy about the reunion. Here's an update.

With busy lives and crazy schedules, we will most likely push back our event to sometime this summer. After all, we have all year since 2017 is 10 years.

A few individuals have come forward to create a committee to help organize since life can get pretty hectic. And if interested please send a message to be included.

After reviewing survey responses, financial opinions were very high.

To keep cost affordable, We were thinking about throwing it back and just having a Day time family picnic with games, food , and drinks. Then later having an evening out at a local downtown sac bar.

Possibly looking into getting a charter bus or some sort or transportation to the bar who will be able to offer drink tix.

We would sell tickets for the picnic and or bar tix. Giving options for all who would like to attend one event or the other.

Please let us know your thoughts or ideas.

As you can see we are starting up to plan out our 10 year reunion. I know a lot of us have busy lives and planning such an important can be a little hectic for just 1 or 2 people. We are creating a planning committee for those who would like to help participate in planning on this wonderful event.
