DINING FOR PTA DOLLARS: PANDA EXPRESS

Take a night off from cooking tomorrow and help support Miwok Village Elementary PTA! Join us at Panda Express for a delicious meal while raising money for our school.

📅 Date: Tuesday, May 19

⏰ Time: All day (9:30 AM - 11:00 PM)

📍 Location: Panda Express – 5010 Elk Grove Blvd. (Raley’s parking lot)

A portion of the evening’s sales will be donated back to our PTA to help fund programs, events, and resources for our students and teachers.

The PTA would love to acknowledge anyone who donated items to Teacher Appreciation Week. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know who purchased from Amazon unless there was a gift note written in the box. Please message us so that we can properly acknowledge your amazing contributions. 🐻

Staff & Teacher Appreciation Week was “all that and a bag of chips” as our school celebrated five days of “totally rad” 90’s-themed fun to honor the incredible teachers and staff who make our community so special. Led by the PTA and some incredible volunteers, the week featured creative treats and surprises including a “Pump Up the Jam” breakfast bar, a “When I Dip, You Dip, We Dip” snack station, catered lunches, “Livin La Vida Loca” nacho bar, and a “Rollin’ With the Homies” snack cart delivered throughout campus. Teachers and staff were also entered into raffles for prizes including DoorDash & Starbucks gifts cards, 28 lbs of Peet’s whole bean coffee, AND one 12 month gift certificate valued at over $240+ for one lucky person to a local Peet’s Coffee shop. Thanks to the generosity and support of our PTA and families, staff members felt truly appreciated, celebrated, and supported all week long. Check out some pictures of the fun below!

✏️ It’s Teacher Appreciation Week! ✏️

The PTA has been busy celebrating our amazing teachers & staff and will continue through next week. Our theme has been “90s Week” and so far, it’s been a TOTALLY AWESOME celebration.

🍩 🥯 ☕️ On Thursday, we PUMPED UP THE JAM and provided bagels, donuts & coffee. On Friday, we celebrated TGIF with a variety of salads, sandwiches, chips, cookies, and drinks.

On Tuesday, May 5th, we will be LIVIN LA VIDA LOCA with a nacho bar for teachers and staff. Donations of chips and toppings, as well as crock pots, are needed. If you would like to donate any food or beverage items, please email [email protected]
