Rubin, M.D., F.A.C.S.; Professor of Surgery, WSUSOM, is Chief of the Vascular Surgery Division at The Detroit Medical Center which includes Harper University Hospital/Hutzel Women’s Hospital, Detroit Receiving Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Huron Valley Hospital and Sinai-Grace Hospital. Dr. Rubin is double-board certified in General and Vascular Surgery. He has devoted his entire medical career to the study and treatment of vascular problems and is an expert in minimally invasive endovascular (catheter-based) procedures as well as complex open surgical procedures.
