While the world paints Valentine’s Day in red roses and candlelight, we chose to paint it with purpose. ❤️✨

Instead of celebrating romantic love alone, we poured love into the minds and dreams of the next generation.

Captured at Abdulai Ibun Abass Mission, where I had the privilege of serving as Keynote Speaker at their Talent Exhibition. I also doubled as Chief Judge for the Debate and Quiz competitions and took the podium as Pronouncer for the Spelling Bee.

There is no grander way to celebrate love than by inspiring young leaders, sharpening young voices, and shaping young futures. That is impact. That is legacy. That is love in its highest form.

I am beyond thrilled to witness one of my mentees, Sahr Hatto Moiwa, wield words with such confidence and artistry to paint the portrait of his mentor. Having walked this poetry mentorship journey with him for nearly three years, it fills my heart with immense pride to see how far his craft has matured. What began as guided verses has blossomed into refined expression and depth. His poem, aptly titled “Fredson D’Poet,” is not just a dedication to me, but a testament to his growth, discipline, and creative awakening. Seeing him produce such a masterpiece reminds me that mentorship is not only about teaching—it is about planting seeds and watching them rise into powerful voices of their own.
