Nurse SillEE is officially back! My 'Everything's Hygiene' series will launch on the silliest day of the year... APRIL 1st, 2026! I've been working hard behind the scenes, creating my first SillEE Brand educational product and learning camera skills! Doors are opening and without giving too much away... let's just say 2026 is about to get really...really SILLEE! 🙌🙌
