Check out www.pathoma.com. The 12-month version ($100) comes with a book full of "high yield" info (that ships out in hours!) and you get immediate access to some videos that give a GREAT foundation for Immuno! Can't recommend this more.
Meanwhile, Dr. Jackson is working with Dr. Schenk to get us USMLE World discounts when Step 1 gets closer. In October he will tell us more about what's in store on the prep front. For now, let's crush these next few exams!!!
