I am currently the President and Founder of The I.T. General, LLC, located at 4612 24th St., Detroit, MI 48208.

I have won a $1,046,000 default judgment against Pomeroy IT Solutions Sales Company, Inc. in November 2021 under the authority of the Honorable Judge Leslie Kim Smith of the 3rd Circuit Court of the State of Michigan, 2 Woodward Ave, Detroit, MI, 48226. At this time, due to the severity of the allegations I am levying against my attorney, Mr. Scott P. Batey, P-54711, and the collections attorneys he retained, Mr. Anthony W. Kahn, P-41258, and Mr. Jacob A. Kahn, P-85936, I will leave this statement here in order to be in compliance with any and any Non-Disclosure Agreements that may result from the pursuit of the severity of my allegations against the mentioned parties.

I want to live as long a life as possible.

My attorney, Mr. Scott P. Batey, P-54711, informed me that I was found to have a medical history of depression and anxiety.

I am completely of sound body, sound mind, and sound spirit.

I’m not suicidal in any way, shape, or form.

I have no su***de notes of any and any kind in any way, shape, or form.

I have been evaluated by a team of doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, and counselors since I was 18 years old.
I have been determined to not be a su***de risk of any and any kind in any way, shape, or form.

Any and any and all evidence found to the contrary of the previous statements IS REQUIRED TO BE RENDERED COMPLETELY, TOTALLY, AND WHOLLY FALSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PUBLIC STATEMENT.

I’m not a traitor.

I’m not a liar, I’m not a cheat, and I’m not a thief.

I’m not a criminal.

I am a Spiritualist Christian and I am also a practitioner of New Age Spiritual Practices.

I believe in the Power of YAHWEH, God Almighty, The One True King, the Wisdom of His Son, Jesus Christ, The Holy Savior, and the Protection of the Holy Spirit, my shield, armor, and sword as I head into battle.
