Congratulations to Joi Harris (B.S. '06, M.B.A. '11), who was recently ranked in Fortune's list of Most Powerful Women for 2026! Last year, Harris became the first woman to lead DTE Energy as its president and CEO, and she is one of only two Black women leading Fortune 500 companies.

Harris earned her bachelor's in industrial engineering from the James and Patricia Anderson College of Engineering and her master's in business administration from Wayne State University - Mike Ilitch School of Business.
