I'm so excited for this meal!

Delicious sourdough spelt bread made by my friend Jessica. She milled the spelt herself!🍞🤯

Smoked wild oyster mushrooms that were growing in my strawberry patch.🍓

Hot tomato jam that I canned with the tomatoes I grew last year!🍅

Spring onions and opal purple basil also from this year's garden!🧅

And a sprinkling of h**p seeds for some extra protein!

Knowing where your food comes from, how it was made, and what was done to it makes all the difference in the world!
