Fourteen years ago today we opened The Mercury Burger Bar for its first day of business. It was Parade Day in Corktown and for those of you familiar with this event, you can imagine that it was a wild, busy first day! ☘️ Today we celebrate our fourteenth year in business! So thankful for all the support from our guests and staff over the years! Looking forward to the next fourteen! Meet me at The Merc!
