A big "Thank-You" goes out to the Detroit Police Department (DPD) and the Wayne County Sheriff's Office for partnering with Regent Park for Career Day. This was an unforgettable experience for our scholars!

DPD safely closed down 7 Mile Road so their helicopter could land right in front of our school!

Adding to the excitement of the day, the Wayne County Sheriff's Mounted Division introduced students to Hally and Riley, while a K-9 unit provided another memorable hands-on experience. Students loved meeting the officers, learning about their work, and interacting with the animals!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms, grandmothers, caregivers, and mother figures across the National Heritage Academies community, along with the teachers and staff members who support and inspire students each day! 💐
